CSR

One of the objectives of Tiger Walks is to educate and propagate wildlife conservation.
Some of the activities that we have taken up are:

Treks and Nature Walks

Last year 200 children of various age groups participated. Participants are introduced to Birdwatching, Butterflies, Reptiles, Amphibians, Plants and Mammals.  They use Field guides, Binoculars and Telescopes to identify flora and fauna that we come across.

Field Trips to support scientific studies

Volunteers of Tiger Walks participate in science based field trips organised by various research groups like CES, NCBS, DDRF and many others.

Support Forest Departments

Volunteers have supported the Forest Department at various divisions in maintaining forests through patrolling, afforestation programmes, Wildlife conservation education and others. We have also partnered with other NGO’s like Vanodaya, Vanam, Shrushti and others to achieve this objective.
